What is Fitness for Life?
Fitness for Life is a class where we will learn about Health Related Fitness. In FFL we will learn what the components of fitness are and why it is important to be fit. We will learn techniques to help us develop the components of fitness. The main idea is that we have an understanding of what functional fitness is and how to improve in it. From the minute we wake up until the time we go to bed, we need our bodies to function for us, so we can function in society. Thank you for joining me on this journey to a fit and functional life!
